Processing Time
Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a tracking notification.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We ship via USPS and UPS. Delivery times generally range from 2-6 business days but may vary based on your location and the time of year. We are unable to guarantee shipping and delivery times.

Summer Shipping Guidelines
Due to the nature of our products (candles and wax items), we take extra precautions during hot summer months. To prevent products from melting in transit, orders are shipped on Mondays or Tuesdays to avoid being held in a hot truck over the weekend. If you are ordering during the summer and will not be available to accept delivery, we recommend shipping to an alternate location where someone can receive the package promptly
